The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) of West Palm Beach kicked off its Ideas Festival on Wednesday, Nov. 2.
The CRA in partnership with 8 80 Cities, plans to develop the vacant lot into a space for pop-up shops, outdoor movies and other options that residents would like to see happening at the space.
